We provide freshly prepared meals for our guests, available at an additional cost. Please inquire at the time of booking or check-in for the menu and pricing details. We ensure the quality and authenticity of our food, giving you a taste of the local flavors of Varanasi.

2. Sarees Available

To add to the authentic experience of your stay, we offer sarees for guests who wish to wear them. Sarees are available upon request and may be chargeable. Kindly ask at the time of check-in if you wish to borrow one.

3. Car/Taxi Services

We offer car and taxi services to help you explore the city of Varanasi at your convenience. The charges for this service will be added to your booking, and our staff will assist in arranging transportation as per your requirements.

4. Kashi Vishwanath Darshan Facility

We are happy to provide assistance for the Kashi Vishwanath Darshan. Our team can help you with bookings or guide you on how to visit this revered temple. The charges for this service may vary, so please confirm with our staff in advance.

5. Check-In and Check-Out Times

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

These times are set to ensure that we can prepare rooms for incoming guests. If you require flexibility with your check-in or check-out time, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Cloak Room Facility

For your convenience, we offer a cloak room where you can store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. This service is available at no extra charge.

7. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for this service.

8. Smoking and Drinking Policy

Smoking and drinking are strictly not allowed inside the property. We maintain a smoke-free and alcohol-free environment to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated areas outside the property.

9. Non-Refundable Booking Amount

Please note that the booking amount paid is non-refundable. We recommend confirming your travel plans before making a reservation. In case of any cancellations, the booking amount will not be returned, but we will be happy to assist you with rebooking or rescheduling for a later date.

10. Quiet Hours

To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests, we ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please refrain from loud noises or disruptive behavior during this time.

11. Visitors

Guests are welcome to have visitors during their stay, but all visitors must check in with the front desk. Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms, and should be accompanied by the guest during their visit.

12. Pet Policy

Currently, we do not allow pets on the property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

13. Damage or Loss of Property

Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property or loss of items in the room during their stay. If any items are damaged or lost, we will charge the cost of repair or replacement.
